Drew has over 20 years of marketing and sales experience and represents a new level of digital strategy for our agency. For two decades, he has pioneered digital practices that have become industry standards, while always striving to innovate further. He brings the talent and expertise to revolutionize our clients’ digital presence, and with his experience, will continue to enhance our client’s campaign performance.

Drew got his start in the automotive industry in 1999 with the Ford Motor Company, where he implemented a computer database to track employee efficiency that increased productivity by 23%. Drew continued to innovate at Ford until he made the move to Shift Digital as the Western Region CRM/Digital Marketing Manager, where he developed sales processes that increased dealer lead response from 52% to 100%!

Following that, he assumed the role of Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing at Hyundai Motor America, where he helped conceptualize digital strategies to integrate Digital Retailing tools, before moving on to serve as the Vice President of Digital Marketing at a California-based automotive advertising agency. He spent his time there formulating digital marketing strategies which lead to a 27% increase in overall lead generation, and a 162% increase in website traffic.
